Paying $5 for a small php task to insert TLA code

    I'm not too good in PHP, so I need help here to insert TLA (text-link-ads.com) code to my layout. I could only pay you $5 since I think it's not too difficult for you.
    Error that I always got when trying to fix the code is : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING
