I need someone to set up everything from the scratch including design, coding and uploading files on to my hosting account. My total budget for this work is $200. $100 will be paid after I see the design while the rest will be paid upon completion of the project. I need the very best design and layout for the site and I dont mind crossing my budget if the site turns out to be top notch.
