Paying $15 for a coded set of pages, no images needed

I need an adsense ready website of 5 pages.

This is what I would like...

5 pages, same layout for each page
On the pages, I want a layout like http://www.justdreamweaver.com/templates/adsensation/index.html

But I want a spot for amazon ads also.

On each page, I am going to add an article...

So, I want the side menu to have Home, Page1, page2, page3, page4
each page will have the same layout.

You can just insert blank images for header and stuff, and I will create and replace them with Dreamweaver.

Can anyone do this for $15 within 10 hours or so?
