I know google dosen't support payed links but I have heard these days that you can report a link to google saying that it is payed and google will not consider that link anymore.

Is it true? How can this be done?

It's not so direct. You can report a link and google will use it in their calculations - but it won't automatically be labeled 'payed'.

    Well, that's not exactly true.
They will have to decide if it's really a payed link first.

By the way I don't think their new algorithm is ready to support this "feature".

The time you spend worrying about what your competitor is doing is time lost to your businesses needs and what could be done to increase sales & customer service. ;)
