    Why are you selling this site?
    We no longer wish to operate a website in this space.
    The website is currently offline has we have decided to cease trading under FCA regulation. We can provide screenshots and access to the website if required.

    How is it monetized?
    An aggregation system called a pingtree allows the leads and applications provided through this website to then be purchased by a loan lender.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    How much time does this site take to run?
    The website will need to be updated in line with FCA regulations - the amount required for this will depend upon the buyers experience with regards to FCA compliance.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    • The new owner will need to stay up-to-date with FCA compliance.
    • Ongoing maintenance aside from FCA compliance is low, the only other requirement is the management of a PPC campaign.
    • The loan lenders are responsible for the consumer once they have applied for a loan with the lender.
