I am look to sell my payday loan site pay2pocket.com
The site has made just under $1200 since October and is ranked well for a number of keywords.

The site is aimed at the UK payday loan market and uses T3 leads to generate its income. It has also generated a small amount of income from txtloans.co.uk too thanks to a page and application form about text loans.

I will offer free hosting for 3 months with the site if required and also will give support for up to a month after the sale in case you have any issues or concerns.

I can also add a CMS to the site if needed so you can update and change content as required.

Why are you selling it?

 

I have been selling a few of my sites to reduce my portfolio and concentrate on a few big projects, hoping to sell pay2pocket and invest the money.

Update: sales for yesterday (4 leads - 3 Sales) $6.70 and today (1 lead - 1 sale) $2.20 so far.

 

Can you give me guest access to google analytics? I'd like more information as to where your traffic is coming from. It says many of your visitors are from referrals are those backlinks? Also I see you have a twitter account for the site, would that be included in the deal?

Yes the twitter account is included, also the .co.uk of the domain is as well, which I forgot to mention in the post.

Some of the referral traffic is from backlinks, I made some posts on sites like money.co.uk months ago as well, which still seem to generate some traffic still.

Can you send me the all good volume keywords you are currently ranking for? Like "1 month loan" which has good volume.

and is the affiliate account being transferred as well or does the new owner need to register ?

 

PM me your email address for the analytics account. Once you have that you will be able to see the keywords it is ranked for.


It would probably be better to create a new T3 account, although I can speak to my account manager and he can help you setup the account if needed.
