I fail to understand why paypal is not able to see the obvious that we all are witnessing here! Your buyer is really a scammer and is really looking at different ways to misuse the system, all the time. You would perhaps do well to wait till 30th June and yes...the buyer has to confirm before 30th June to continue with the claim, failing which the case should be closed, in your favor..hopefully!
