    Hello Freinds.

Need Help For Getting Money Back

I Purchased a item from ebay for $49.98 on 16 December,Then i received email from ebay about cancelling of this transaction and said to stop the payment.

I contacted the seller no. of times but no reply.

Then I filled a dispute in resolution center for item not received on 19 December.

Today Is 26 december but no reply from seller or paypal..

After i filled the dispute,it says you can escalate a claim between 23/12/2010 to 08/01/2011

Even i tried to click on button on (Esclate this dispute to paypal claim) but whenever i clicked it the same page opens or gives me error.

Wht sholud i do. I have return no of mails to paypal , but they are not replying.:(

Wht will happen if i dont click "esclate this dispute to paypal claim" before 08/01/2011.

    Please Need Help Freinds.

I am attaching Screenshots. If You need more information i will give it..

If you do not excalate the claim, it will be closed and you will not get your money back.

I recommend calling Paypal's support directly and asking them to escalate the claim.

if he doesnt escalate i think it automatically gets escalated it doesnt cancel for sure specially when you have started the dispute and the other party doesnt reply

so often sellers are genuine when they get there paypal accounts limited thats where the ripple effect starting to happen , they get there ebay account suspended get more disputes open , and paypal have succeeded making the seller bogus con artist .
I sincerely hope you get your money back or seller post your item, some times sellers just give on that account cause the payment you have made most likely held by paypal and even the seller do not have accesses to it .
But i still think seller should replied to your email and explain the situation. keep contacting paypal and escalate the claim. also on your ebay account you are protected with new ebay buyer protection ; hope this helps.:)
