Is there any way to pay via PayPal, without the receipient has to pay any fees?
I've got a payment to make via PayPal, but would prefer not to give any fees to the receipient.

    :)

I can confirm as well that Mass Pay does work for what you are trying to do :) I haven't used it in a while though!

If Mass Pay doesn't work, just add the fees to the amount you're sending, and the receiver will get the desired amount. You can calculate the fees at PPCALC.com.

Mass pay is for mass payment, mostly used by affiliates to pay its members....I guess

By using this mode, I think the payer will have to bear the fees...though I am not sure, as I have never used it myself...

I've paid with MassPay now. Hopefully the receiver doesn't get any fees.
    Thanks for the advice :)

i think you can do that. by not choosing services of their options. just choose owed or shared expenses
