I just wanted to point out that this is incorrect. You can issue stock to whomever you wish, for whatever reasons you wish. Stock can be exchanged for services or just given away. An example of this is the MANY companies that include stock options in the compensation of employees. The only problem with issuing so much stock is that it will dilute its value and make the stock worth less since there is a greater supply.
The point of them accepting members while in beta is quite easy to understand, and has mainly to do with giving additional time for the members to start building their downline, while also giving the "agloco" brand the time it needs to "propagate" (since we are talking about advertising, it is common sense to assume that, in order to attract advertisers, the company needs to be established on the market, not to mention have a decent membership base). And, regarding the e-mail addresses you've mentioned, I'm sure that, after having launched AllAdvantage and paid out over 120 million dollars to the members, they aim a little higher that just collecting some e-mails with this one F1RM
