You pay me and i'll tell you domains which have PR on toolbar and you can register them were you want
Fee structure

PR1 = $0,25 i have a lot =)
PR2 = $0,50 i have 20
PR3 = $1 i have 15
PR4 = $8 i have 7

When you will pay then you will be only one to know about PR domain available.

i have pr4 but i think its fake for example a domain "3 years old domain " : http://checkpagerank.net/index.php?name=www.tvlumber.com
