    Hi,

Would you recommend me creating one?

Pay To Click is a site like Adbux.

I don't really know how effective PTC sites are.

I suggest not. PTC is dying off the planet. All paid to read, paid to complete surveys, and paid to go shopping leave a bad taste in many people's mouth, because they're related to "no payment" scams. All these are also related to HYIPs which are known as gambling/scam. These are hot to touch, built on unstable ground. Therefore, better not make such sites.

You should focus on niches where people spend money (shopping, trading, investing, software review, etc). If you have a group of interested friends, bring them to create several sites together for synergy effect.

Some sites do pay. I would not make one myself it is hard finding people to advertise on them.

Paid surveys do pay you just have to do real companies that pay money. The site below is the one i used they paid me every time.

    surveys that pay.

The more important question is: when will they stop paying you? Because these programs come and go like wind. I used to see a table full of PT programs, each one has the status like "Paying", "Not Paying", or "Scam!". So why do somebody create a table of status? It's simply because the statuses are changing fast like stock price, and those members need a quick glimpse every day.

And the most important question is: "Do you see anyone getting rich creating PT programs?" I don't. I saw in news a couple of them landing in jail. It's in contrast to people who created Facebook, Digg, DP, About.com, HowStuffWorks, Jensense, downloads.com, and now they have become millionaires if not billionaires. So whose footsteps are you going to follow? A potential scammer's or a millionaire's?

Don't try that. Do something else. I think there are better opportunities you can invest your time and money.

Well, i am not sure about PTC sites, they seem hard to promote and it is not easy to get advertisers. Always full of memers needing few bucks.

I would not recommend you create one. Make a site that is from use to the visitors and ALSO to the advertisers. If you was an advertiser, would you ever want to advertise on PTC sites, when you clearly know that their only reason to visit your site is to get their few cents, no matter how attractive your site or product is?

PTC is a waste of time and help to damage the advertising industry. Why would advertisers want to pay people that are only clicking thru to their site because they are paid and not because they are interested in what the site has to offer. Many PTC sites either fail or stop paying their members after a while, which means loads of them are now scams.
