Pay To Click Site For Sale (Possibly)

I am creating this thread kinda testing the waters. I've been thinking about selling this site for a few weeks now and haven't been able to decide on whether it would bring enough to justify selling it. So, if I receive a good offer on it I will probably let it go. I could use it to invest in other projects.
Keep in mind that this isn't something that I'm dying to get rid of, so don't post saying I'm crazy for asking what I am or anything like that. I'm not in dire need to sell it.

The site has actually been around since late 2005 but I had to change servers in July so that's why it's not long-term statistics.

The Alexa Ranking at the time of this post is: 1,031,317

It currently averages $.50-$1.00 a day through Adsense

The site has made $564.50 since it was started, but over $530 of it has been made since mid June.

The site is averaging roughly 20 new sign-ups a day over the last couple of months.

I feel that a lot of the recent success is due to the google advertising that I started at the start of June. The sign-ups and traffic have went up dramatically since then.

As I stated earlier, this is just kinda testing the waters more than anything. I'm not desperate to sell the site so if you don't like the price, there's no reason to comment and say that I'm crazy for asking it. If I get someone willing to give the price, then I'll let it go.

Asking Price: $3,000

A site similar to this with half the members and traffic that this one has sold for over $1,000 on eBay a few months ago, so I feel like the price is pretty fair for it.
