Hello. I run theCulturePhile.com and really really want is to become a successful and thriving forum. As of now, I am short on time, but high on hopes for the site. I know the site has potential and want someone to help me tap into it. I am willing to pay someone to advertise and market my site for me - ie article submissions, digg submissions.
