Hello I have a few pay per lead ads going all they need to do is submit an email address the ads receive clicks and i know at least one person entered an email address how long does it take to show up on cj it has been a few days.
I run 2 PPL but people have to download the program and sign up. Normally it shows up within 1-2 hours.
