I my opinion PPV traffic sucks. I know people who lost almost all their fund on this without making much conversions. Imagine you have popups all the time on your computer when you go to websites, my reaction would be to immediately start scanning for viruses etc. You can try it some claim to have succces with it but I have read a lot bad things too.
