Both the views and downloads counts as same.Downloading the file is an extra option.I hope your doubt is cleared.

If they are able to download it, then they are able to view it. Where it says premium points 0.00, is that the actual points or is that in dollars? I had another download today as it says I have 2 downloads and still 0 points. How could I have earned nothing if they successfully downloaded it? This is what is concerning me.
We don't have any problems with point system.It is working very fine for everyone. It is because of your big file size.Or may be some problem with your image format.pls check your image again. Please try to upload a small size picture and check.If you don't get points with small size file.We will compensate.
