Pay-Per-View advertising network?

    Can someone please direct me to a PPV network that will allow me to publish other site's ads and get paid per view of each ad?

    Cox Digital Solutions is a White Hat Ad Network I have been with for years. I use them for pay per impression ads and use AdSense text ads for pay per click. I also suggest pay per call from Ring Revenue. ;o)
