    Is there any reliable pay per unique visitor program, that is, one gets paid for every unique visitor that visits the website? Does this come under CPC or CPM?

    Is that ok? I mean, do they allow you to buy traffic and send it to your (affiliate) site? Is it against TOS?

    Just curious...where did you buy your traffic, is it revisitors?
