Suggestion 'Pay per Thread' section

Will you ever consider introducing a "WSO" type section? (hate to use the term, but it's globally recognized)

There's a lot of rubbish in the buy/sell section, it would be nice to have a section that costs $20.00 +/- per sales thread. You already have an awesome system for bidding/selling multiple copies - why not weed out all of the crap by creating a 'Premium' section.

The he-who-must-not-be-named section over at you-know-where is very popular (as you know). Since their (not so) recent takeover by Freelancer, it's gone really downhill - from what I've heard (I don't participate over there).

I love Digital Point and don't really sell many offers here because there's just too much noise. I'd love a special section where I could pay on a per-thread basis to promote some of my better performing offers.

    So, in summary...
is this possible or never going to happen?

Nope, not going to happen...why you ask? Well it would be largely due to the fact that $20 is more than 75% of the membership on DP make in a year. The simple fact is that once created the section would be virtually empty.

    Empty?

If you have a quality product, there is no cost to great as long as you can achieve a positive ROI.

I think it would be flooded with buyers even if only a few sellers are present.

Why make a listing fee if you could make a premium section.

There really isn't anything to prevent garbage from still being listed, so it really wouldn't solve the issue of wanting to bubble the best stuff to the top. The existing digital goods marketplace more or less addresses it and the top of each category sorts stuff by popularity first.

I think if someone needed to pay $20.00 to create their sales listing, they would make sure it was high quality.

I'm not talking about bubbling stuff to the top, I'm talking about a completely separate forum for these.

Well not sure if people wouldn't pay if their stuff was crap. Lol I mean look at the stuff people pay to list on Warrior Forum.

As a website Flipper it will work best as you could able to make more then $20 per sale, but on DP there are lots of people who are not a website flipper like you. They are here to learn something & when "Needed" they sold there project website or etc.

If you think that you have lots of quality website for sale then I suggests you to use some premium buy sell website broker as you will able to get great buyer which are ready to spent thousands of dollars for "quality" website.

I'm not talking about websites. I'm talking about products like Google Sniper.

I don't know how you can consider this SPAM, there's some great takeaways from the system.

Anyway, that's beyond the point. Value is a relative term.

If it's a product, it would go in the digital goods area anyway, not in the forums.
