While it depends on your "niche" or the topic your site deals with; what area, audience and traffic you're targeting your marketing towards, I recomend Commission Junction for general lead based commissions and campaigns. Unfortunately, some campaigns won't accept international traffic however the program is extremely solid and well respected in the affiliate marketing world.
