Pay per SignUP suggestions?

    is anyone who already tested some Pay Per Sign-Up sites for European, US and/or UK traffic? Any niches, without dating sites.

    If that sites/affiliates sites payout by Paypal will be great!

    There are many affiliate companies which provide offers which pay for sign up. You will find those offers in almost all affiliate sites.
    Join the one which pays via PayPal.

    yup, I know that I can find on affiliate sites.... but I want some affiliate programs tested by other users, that are not scam...
