Pay Per signup/lead

    Im searching for pay per signup/lead with not so much criteries.
    that means the account have to be free!!!!!
    the category doesnt really matter...
    important is that its free and the signup is fast.
    if its a good offer i will signup over ur referall link.

    I think what whit3 wants to say is, he is looking for an affiliate program which pays for sending user to another site through his referral link and if the user sign up there (the sign up is free) then whit3 will get the money for that.

    You can try for a Gov. Job. You can get many pages for Signing up. Gov. Jobs pays a lot. :D
