Pay per Sign-up affiliate marketing

    So i changed my affiliate from pay per click to pay per sign-up. I am now paying $.20 per sign up on my image hosting site. I though this would be a good way to promote my site but only got 5 affiliates join in.

    Is my payout too low?
    Anything i should change?

    It is a bit low.
    Some offer about $.75 -> $1.35 per signups.
