Anybody on here using pay-per-post to get a few cheeky backlinks, a brief description for those of you who arn't aware of this platform-you sign up and can offer bloggers a way to get paid for writing about your website/product and the possibility of leaving a backlink inside the post body of your choice it's very cheap, very easy and very quick. Sounds too good to be true, well your're right-it appears that Google has cottoned onto which blogs are using pay-per-post and the search giants are stripping page-rank from those bloggers who publish paid blogs and passing on penalties to those that they link out to. I tried it to see what they were like and it appears that since publishing of about 15 backlinks over about 2-3 weeks rankings in the SERPS for a particular website have dropped drastically-i'm still investigating the issue as it could not be PayPerPost at fault but it's looking more and more likely the more I uncover with respect the SEO efforts so far with this site which has been penalised for link buying. Anybody else having a similar issue with PayPerPost??-thought i'd put this out there-we know link buying is against the regs and webmaster guidelines but come-on some links just have to be bought from time to time. If you're looking for natural, these look pretty good at a glance-probably the most natural looking backlinks one can purchase! So once again, can anybody else confirm that they have had a similar issue with this?-be honest!
