    Hi,
Recently I have came across words of various Pay per post forums or Forum administrators hiring professionals for Pay per post ...
Can Some One please explain me what are the benefits of these type of marketing tactics.
what does a forum host/ administrator benefit from this type of system.

he will pay you for quality posts, questions, or answers, not copy paste from wlsewhere, or posts like: "great forum". when someone goes to a forum and see that there isn't any post, he will leave, but if he see that there are few thousands posts, he will want to ask something, or answer to a question.

Forum owners usually hire a forum posting service (pay per post) so they can 'fill' their forums with content. This is good for the forum owner because popular forums tend to attract more people.

So basically it has nothing to do with any kind of "adsense revenue " .

Well, sort of. By hiring posters, the forum becomes more active, and that brings in traffic. Traffic = revenue. ;)

Yes, you are not paying them to click on your ads.
