Some people are stuck in the dark ages, and by the sounds of what some are saying,
The lights are on “but no ones at home”

True, so why did you join and more importantly why don't you leave, oh I see, you think you can make money out it so your hanging on there, complaining, complaining, yeah that really helps your ad plays  how sad.

What does that have to do with the lights being on or off?
No, I don't see the future. I think it's an idea that will annoy everyone subjected to it, and if it actually goes live (like they have been promising for months) there will be an anti-ppp aliance against it, because for the sake of a few webmasters getting every little penny they can from their sites, instead of doing it the proper way, it's not worth visiting the sites any more.
PPP sucks. End of. I don't care how many people like it, have joined it, how many webmasters with sites over 1m uniques/month have joined? None, most likely. And that's because the whole idea is bull

Who said I was using it ? I said I may use it IF they had enough Plays and impressions to share around, I may jump on board at a future date when there's money in it .... but there's not.

I think you mean "The code is in on but no ad's are played".

If you don’t understand the saying.... I don’t have the time explaining it to you,

It was nothing personal towards you,

It’s a case of not seeing the web as an evolving media….

    And I guess you don’t,

No I mean the lights are on…. and some people are not at home,

He never said he signed up.
And if this is how the web is evolving, with annoying sound ads at every turn, then suddenly the web is going to devolve. Seriously, this PPP thing is a mess, it sucks to begin with, and they have delayed it so far that fewer people can be bothered.
And you're on DP, answering a trivial thread about PPP, so obviously you dont have time to explain to me. bull

OK let's do some math :

100 000 Impressions sent to 26 000 000 websites is the current number.

    To receive 10 ad's each :

260 000 000 Ads per day need to be sent, for a whopping 3.5cents earnt for each website.

    To receive 100 ad's each :

2 600 000 000 Ads per day need to be sent, for a whopping 35cents earnt for each website.

    To receive 1000 ad's each :

26 000 000 000 Ads per day need to be sent, for a whopping $3.50 earnt for each website.

    -----

Yes these are amazing numbers, I don't even think that Google would be able to fill these figures with their current network of advertisers and clicks purchased per day.

LoL 26 million websites, for each of them to receive a lousy $3.50 there needs to be 26000000000 ad's or impressions sent daily.

Exactly why it's a failure before it begins ....

OK now anyone want to put a monetary value on this ?

26 million websites, for each of them to receive a lousy $3.50 there needs to be 26000000000 ad's or impressions sent daily .... or a total of $96 000 000 worth of cash to publishers, now what is the advertisers cost ? Well lets double that .... $192 000 000 (per day).

OMG I am getting the point .... it's crap ....

    OK I am sorry 37 000 Publishers get to share 100 000 plays, so a generous :

3 Plays each would equal a lousy 1 cent each daily,

    OK so :

300 000 plays to the publisher network daily : 9 cents each.
3000 000 Plays to the publisher network daily : 90 cents each.
    30 000 000 Plays to the publisher network daily : $9 each.
    300 000 000 Plays to the publisher network daily : $90 each.

Tell me when they reach 300 000 000 ad's sent daily and I may join.

I give up, you have no idea how works, its not each, its not a ratio of hits, its down to your website traffic and where it comes from etc... Advertisers target there ads to country's and or city's some even use keywords, if your website doesn't fit the criteria you don't get an ad play. With new advertiser signing up each day the gap between ad plays is narrowing as all sectors of business are starting to see the benefit of audio advertisements.

    But have already joined:confused:
