Pay Per Minute?

I am currently working with mid to large companies to offer them an online advertising medium other than pay per click. How much do you think I should charge them for the guarantee 15,000 people will not only see, but actively enjoy using their advertisement alone for an 1-2 hours per month for a year? Should I charge by customer or by minute? I was thinking between $20 and $60 per customer, or maybe 15 cents a minute. More advertisers = more people using everyone's ads. Thanks

That would be rather easy to implement and doesn't sound like a bad idea. This way the customer can set aside an exact budget and know you won't charge him more.
