Pay per lead

I am looking for a high payout pay per lead that can pay through paypal. Most important i will need to promote free products or if best something like cpalead. Free and easy to get leads(with the "survey before site" feature , is it called content gateway?)

 

I have clients that look for web development, merchant, business cash advance, voip, insurance (life, health, home, auto). And consumer debt.

If you can generate leads in these area's, name the price you can succeed at, and we can go from there if it makes sense.

I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news. However, the last time I checked 80% of CPAleads... actual leads came from CPAstorm. You can signup there and get the same leads with a 20-25% payout increase.

Additionally, you may want to look into there new 'PayBuyPartner' its the same method as CPAlead. Take a look...
