    Which networks have Bidz Short Form Campaign?

    You've also got http://www.affiliateseeking.com/

    It has a "Affiliate Networks" category which is about 85% to 90% full of CPA Networks.

    It also have a "pay per lead" category reviewing individual affiliate programs rather than Affiliate Networks.
