I need to know something. Is there any pay per lead affiliate program that pays good and when i reach minimum payout, i can request for payout. And the payouts will be done in either 1 or 2 days.
most of CPA networks pay by the end of month. Try Copeac - payments on Payoneer credit card, forum, support!

Actually, not many program will paying us like that. Its hard. Mostly they will paying us 2 times per month or paying for montly. its hard for us to get paid in 1-2 days after we request.
I dont' know of any that will pay in 1-2 days after request. Most of the networks will only pay if you have extremely high traffic and reliable leads.
You can try neverblueads, leadflash (payday loan lead program) and hydramedia. They can all pay you via paypal.

It's rare to find an affiliate that pays in the timeframe of 1-2 days for leads. It's too easy for fraud that way - and so most lead networks i've seen pay monthly as that's the only way to prevent significant fraud, abuse and self lead generation. The only way I know to get paid in real time for leads is via some of the top get paid to sites that offer in-house referral programs... suprisingly, these programs can be really lucrative to promote in some cases.
I can't see many networks having your terms at all. There are many cpa networks (many found in sig) that do have pay per lead offers/programs, but they will not pay as quick as you want. Normally it's monthly/net 30 payments.
