never blue ads is an exclusive affiliate network - meaning that you can't sign up as an affiliate without talking on the phone with one of their affiliate managers and getting approved. They have a great list of offer (around 300 my estimate) which generate a high EPC. My highest with them was over $2 Feel free to sign up via my referral link in my signature (no harm trying)
