Hi everyone - I have a site that is just driving in 10's of thousands of hits per week and I was thinking of adding a Pay Per Impression ad to the page to get some extra cash. I know that they only pay out $4/thousand, but it will add up with the amount of hits I'm getting. 1. Is this ok with Google Adsense and Chitika? 2. Does placement matter? Or do they want the banner at the top of the page? 3. What are some good recommended companies to go to get Pay Per Impression ads from? I want companies who have a history of paying out on time. 4.
