List here the best pay per sign up affiliate programs and free trial programs. For example someone signs up for free Iphone (name address email etc) and you get paid for that. But I look for minimum $25 programs Pleas list affiliate company too.

Commission Junction and COPEAC are both good. They have many different CPA programs. There are a lot of great programs in this area. I've had great eBay signup conversions via CJ and you get paid $25 for each new active member. eBay is opening their own affiliate program in coming weeks though.
