    I know of googleadsense and bidvertiser but it is just that they are too strict with their rules and policies.Can someone help me and tell me any other search engine or website that are publishing ads and are not so strict in their rules.

    I wonder the same thing. Why would you want to belong to a network with lenient rules unless you are distributing less than quality stuff? Seems like you want to distribute shady business. Be careful.

    Usually , legit networks must have rules , then you can expect it to pay , scam site only dont have rules , yes trust me.
