Pay per clicks that are not so strict in their rules and policies

I know of googleadsense and bidvertiser but it is just that they are too strict with their rules and policies.Can someone help me and tell me any other search engine or website that are publishing ads and are not so strict in their rules.

what do you mean by not strict, I don't think any good network , which pays on time, will accept fake type of traffic

 

I wonder the same thing. Why would you want to belong to a network with lenient rules unless you are distributing less than quality stuff? Seems like you want to distribute shady business. Be careful.

Usually , legit networks must have rules , then you can expect it to pay , scam site only dont have rules , yes trust me.

Maybe your site has adult content or file sharing. This is real reason to decline your application.

 

The less strict a network is... you can also except a lower amount of money to be made.
