    AdBrite has horrible cpm, their cpm is about 3 cents which is really bad.

    3 cents? that's awful. I rather get one click that pays at least 50 cents.

    PPC - Hands down.

    With refined targetting, negative kws in place and spot on tracking you'll find that PPC will get you better results. CPM on platforms such as Adbrite can be quite successful but is never consistent nor stable.
