    Hello,

I'd business of software developing and done seo with one of the company name withheld. Well, I'm not satisfied with their result so i opted for Pay per click from other company his competitor. I'd gone through their packages and plans but i didn't understand some services which they provide. I'm listing that below.

    -Conversion Code Consultation
    -Initial Call Setup
    -Campaign Tweaking
    -Images Ads
    -Click Fraud Support
-Google Analytics Setup Consultation (in this they have provided basic and advanced. What is advanced google analytics)

I know I should asked them about this but i thought if I got some better answers from here so after that I can know their answers.

    Thanks for your reply.

conversion code consultation - they're just talking about setting up the conversion tracking for customers within the adwords account - meaning they'll probably discuss where best to place the code and what is best to track

initial call setup - don't know for sure but they're probbaly talking about taking a call form the customer and using the info to set up the account

campaign tweaking - this is pretty obvious (did you actually read this one or mean to keep it in?!) they mean they'll optimise the PPC campaign through a variety of methods

Images ads - they'll make images to be advertised on the content network

click fraud support - they'll look through logs to make sure no one (probably competitors) are clicking lots of times on the client's ads and costing them money

there is no 'advanced' analytics, apart form the terminology they're using to describe their service (people who know what they're talking about- I know there is advanced segments but I don't think that's what they're talking about specifically). Basic will cover some aspects of analytics (whatever they choose as part of their service agreement), and advanced will cover more
