Pay Per Click Eds and Fake Click Problems

I noticed a problem. I set up a Graphic Banner ad campaign on AdBrite and after 67 clicks (and charges for the clicks) my analytics is telling me that the average time spent on page is less than 1 second from these sites.

Does this mean that the sites showing my banners are usine some sort of bot to initiate fake clicks on the ads? I have paused the campaign until I can figure out what is going on, just thought I would ask if anyone has any knowledge of this type of thing.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Yes high bounce rate could be a result of fraud clicks
