Over at PPC Reference, we're running a PPC easter egg hunt ! Basically, easter eggs are being left in comments on select SEO/SEM blogs over easter, and those who spy them are in for a treat ! Comments will be left on blogs like Mattcutts, Shoemoney, Techcrunch and the like, which will include suspicious looking strings of characters.. its up to you to figure them out If you're into SEO,PPC, or SEM, these easter eggs mean a quick buck ! Enjoy !
There's something wrong with that link http://http//www.ppcreference.com/14/pay-per-click-easter-eggs/ ?
looks like a great blog, but I can barely read that gray text over the black background. may want to consider doing away with the black background - just my 2 cents. also, for whatever it's worth, all the BH sites have similar background. Good luck with the hunt!! Great idea.
You pinched my keywords ??? Never ! The easter eggs have far more potential than anything I draw public attention to, I think you guys will like them. Here's a thought.. I think I'll add an egg based on popular request.. Simply post a theme/topic/segment you're interested in (or PM me if you prefer non disclosure), I'll identify the most popular themes/phrases, and set the elves to crunching.. it usually takes around 12 hours to complete. I'll take the results and publish them here - EXCLUSIVELY IN THIS FORUM - sometime over the easter break (as an easter egg of course, which means it wont be obvious). PS - you dont have to be too specific about the theme (the more specific the better (ie rustic furniture vs furniture etc), but you dont need to give anything away if thats your concern Go for it folks - and again - Happy Easter !
