Pay Per Click drops with the increase of Clicks

    Hi All

I have experience with adsense for about 3 years, but never got the chance to pass the $10 a day mark.

I ran a few blogspot blogs, and there were days that I ran a forum which had daily unique IP of about 2k - 3k. But still, when the traffic went up, the number of adsense clicks went up, yet the total earnings up not much: as I observe one thing, seems when there are more clicks, the average pay per click can be down quite drastically.

Anyone has similar experience, can guide me on how to walk out of this?

Seems to be low paying niche. I also had the same problem. Here's my experience. I was getting very low earning, somehow I doubled my income using below simple tips. You can find out more valuable tips at DP monsters. .:)

    01. Added some high paying keywords to post title, inside posts, meta description and keywords, also added simple description about the blog with high paying keywords. (related with site content)

    02. I got more revenue using 1 or 2 adsense ad units instead 3 ad units.

    03. Tried to get more google traffic instead other referrals.

Traffic is the most important part and also keep good ctr rate.

It may be due to your niche.
Generally what I feel is more clicks ... more payout.

Because of you niche or to many adsense ads placed on your site.

One way to overcome the low payout problem is to research and use high paying keywords related to your adsense niche. By filling your website with high paying keywords you're more likely to attract high paying adsense ads which will ultimately have higher CPCs.
