    Yes few of them are trusted. they pay very little so waste of time.

    There are plenty of them exists for a long time and trusted. Some works well and some don't. It depends on your traffic and niche.
    You may earn a $1 per click and $0.01. Again it depends. Try few and see which best works for you.
