Hi, guys I finally found the board to ask this question on google adword tips. My company wants to bring more traffics to advertisement and I am responsible to find good adwords. My recommendation, if you are going to do it, is to learn all you can before you actually start doing it. Then start small scale so you don't waste too much of your employer's money, learn from that before expanding. But my real recommendation is to hire someone who knows what their doing to set it up for you. Learn from that. I'm available by the way but don't wait too long. That guy on the video mixes up Adwords and Adsense so I wouldn't go with him. I also have no idea what he's trying to say. It's 10 minutes of saying nothing, all over the place and a waste of my time. He may or may not know what he's doing. My feeling is that he doesn't.
Regardless if you manage your AdWords spend yourself or outsource it; I recommend you spend a couple days reading up on all the free resources you can find. Then even if you do decide to hire out, at least you'll have a better idea of what you need and what you're paying for.
