Pay per banner show program

    I need some affiliate program which pay per impression, but not per popup window showing. I need some program which pays for showing banners or text links on my site.
    The best program would be which alow to put more banners on one page (banners for other affiliate networks).

    Which program are well?

    I've done a post here of 2 great CPM networks that pay just for banners. There is also an option for you to use their popunders also, but you don't have to. These are reputable and will not popup anything when showing the banner ads. I've been using them for a good while on my entertainment site now and have had good success with them.
