I am looking for advertising company like cj or anyone where I would pay for people that would do something on my site (for example) for everyone who signup I will pay to ad let say 1$, basicly I am looking for a company similar to cj but those ones who do not charge you a 1000$+ in front just to setup account. I think that you need a CPA network. Try contacting Maxbounty, Clickbooth, Copeac, Azzogle (they all have reps around here so you can ask them directly about the conditions they have for advertisers) and there are others you can try also.
