    It doesnt sound black hat though it is.....but the rest of the stuff helps stay safe than sorry

    However, it seems the only way to get around paypal limitations is through blackhat methods.....from the article, i gather there is more to honesty than being sly....

    Well there is no need to bend your fingers with PayPal, just follow what they say and answer their questions you will be good to go from there.

    PayPal is known for this. They simply suspend account at anytime. Why dont u accept AlertPay, its really a great alternative to paypal.
