If there is anything odd with your account, then paypal will wait until you have a good amount of money in your account and then they will freeze your account. They will steal your money.

In this case, your uncle would be the one who would be in trouble and not you since it is not going to your account.

Besides if you going to access paypal from Bangladesh, Paypal would definitely know.

They will suspend you if you are suspicious, they will not wait till you have a good amount of money to steal it. They are respectable and they are law abiding.

If you have paypal from unsupported country nothing will happen initially

But once you have some money and try to send it your account will be limited at once

If you use your uncle account then your uncle would simply have to take all the consequences of your actions. You will not be able to log into the account from your country at all. Make sure that no one complains about you or else your uncle would be put at risk.

If you read the Acceptable Usage Policy https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame-outside , you will noticed that your uncle cannot act as your collection agency.

Since it would be your uncle's account, he is the sole owner of the paypal account in Paypal's eyes. So basically, he cannot sell anything before actually having it in his possession and he cannot collect money on your behalf for your goods or services.

You probably be better off using a payment processor which accepts your country and if you need to support paypal and offers virtual items, you can look at 2checkout.com or plimus.com . If you are selling physical items, you can look at ccnow.com .

It is better to do everything above board so that you do not need to inconvenient anyone and look over your shoulder each time where the day of your account limitation would take place.

It is a sad thing that a lot of users never bother reading the TOS and AUP etc before they sign up. Then, at the slightest hint of problem, they came here posting and screaming "Scam".
