    you can use other exchanger company who do exchange paypal to libertyreserve or alertpay to your bank > like exeauto.com i used once they exchange in 3 days hold time paypal to libertyreserve

    Well,Paypal is not available in Pakistan but if you want to recieve paypal payments you can use 2Checkout or Plimus which accepts payments by Paypal :)
