I understand people that start paypal SUCKS websites. It is not that they do not work but they do not have a brain. They are too big and they do not read any letter you send them.

I had an order for valentine a flower order and I delivtred and after I got something from PAY PAL saying that they are inverstigating beucase I guess he was in the wrong country ordering.

The name of the person order and the person that got the flowers was the same and I even have a photo of the girl taking the flowers.

I sent all that to paypal and today I got an email saying that the money should go back to the buyer? What for? No reason just that.

If pay pal has concluded that it was fraud I want to know about it and I want to see the police report or some sort of complaint from the owner of the account.

But my guess they thought ahh just let pay back the money why bother and then they did it just like that with no emails asking me anything more or any letter from the owners of the account.

I send a letter to the buyer and asking him to pay once more lets see what will happen, I will keep posting here. If not i will take the wife to the Police station and let her tell me her husbands name and pass port number.

Any advices are welcome off course.

 

Paypal sucks atleast for me and i really hate them but i have to use them. If you have enough free time spend with their support or just leave it

Was your customer paypal account an unverified account ?

 

Paypal really needs to brush up their customer service.

 

This is why I do not use PayPal for the selling of physical goods, only small electronic items that I can afford to have "charged back" occassionally.

I had some problems with paypal as well when I wanted to pay someone

for service, the said that I cant make a payment, that I have to wait

this sucks, and paypal also cancel my card without asking why?? this

sucks even more.. I think paypal should improve alot of the customer

service, or not they migth loose customer...

 

Well, what card are you referring to ? Paypal cannot get your credit card cancelled, only you and your bank can do that.

 

He must be referring to the paypal debit card that they issue.

 

But he is Malaysian and they do not issue the paypal debit card to people outside the few country which Malaysia isn't one of them.

 

I think RENDY81 tried to pay someone with his credit card and PayPal denied it. Anyhoo, that sucks OP. I sell services online and accept PayPal. I haven't had a chargeback yet, but with so many stories like yours losing money via PayPal is always in the back of my mind when accepting a payment.

Yes Paypal and their customer support really sucks.They really dont care about the seller.

Unfortunately it is a fact of accepting electronic payment that a percentage of transactions will be charged back (either because of genuine credit card fraud or because the buyer claims they didn't place an order when they did really). Depending on what you offer (and luck) it might be 0.01% or it might be as high as 5%. The only thing you can really do about it is set prices which compensates for the loss you make on these orders - so if you expect to get a chargeback on 1% of purchases, put your prices up 1%.

 

The problem here is different

Pay Pal them self investigated this there was no buyer claim or any other claim. Paypal themselves investigated and they did not tell me what they have investigated.

There was a receiver and a sender with the same last name and there was an order. If it was a fake order i like to know about it and sue the person that got the package but they just say they paid back the money.

Yes i am taking up the price anyway the low dollar is crazy when i started it was 46 thb now it is 32 thb for 1 dollar.

 

Guys I'm keeping posting that Paypal is really SUCKS , don't use it for big value products as you're risking to be claimed chargeback from fraud members , what about their support just three letters " OMG "

I use mastercard, and its not a debit card..

yup pay pal sucks, i was paying for srvice for only less than 20 dollar

but because paypal cancel the card, i need to subsribe again..

and I subscribe for 3 times... because of paypal cancel 3 times

before that I was paying for vbulletin license without using

paypal, and it when smooth no problems at all

I think people should think twice if paying a large amount

with paypal, I dont anyone to experience what I have been..
