Deal I Made:ADWORDS VOUCHERS i am buying from seller. But he gave invalid vouchers.if i try to activate vouchers.google adwords saying Evidence :i was communicated with cheater through this DP forum PM'S only.he send the vouchers through PM'S only. Please PM me urgently....if any body want to do it. Thanks.
Unauthorised Account Use Claim is when someone other then you got into your account somehow and made the payment. that's not true,so you lied. you should have filed a non-delivery claim. doesn't matter though, you would lose either way. there is no buyer protection for digital products. if anybody PM's you, their just trying to scam you out of another $25. chalk this up as experience. what did you "buy" for $300? vouchers are up to $100 and you can get them free.
I wonder why you made a claim for unauthorized use? You should have instead filed a case for 'non-delivery of the product as promised'. It would have been ideal if you had supported your claim by citing the PMs of both the instances... before and after the deal. Regards, RightMan
ya i have contacted they are saying that i need to contact paypal. how to contact paypal directly...?
Filing a claim correctly is very important. Once you have filed incorrectly, it is very difficult to get it looked at again.
chargeback is quite easy. call ur bank , say its unknown charge. u dont know abt it. get money back. it will go in ur favour
First of all never ever life with paypal. They are god for the money. Call them up and tell them everything as emailing them is not going to resolve the problem now. Though i am new here but i have faced these things many times so you can count upon me.
It may be worthwhile to also contact the credit card company (the one on file ay PP) and ask them if you have any recourse.
Online disputes will often not be considered by paypal because they aren't refundable. If paypal didn't help out, that might be the end of the road. I would try to contact anyone that you can. Card companies, etc.
